• All items will be sent USPS Priority Mail and will be received in 2-3 days.
• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses take additional time.
• There will be a three dollar handling fee on each purchase.
• Shipping rates are subject to change in response to market fluctuation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At the current time, orders submitted online can only be shipped within the U.S.A. If you would like your colecaine.com order shipped to a select number of international addresses, please e-mail us your order and shipping destination at info@colecaine.com. At this time we will do our best to respond with an estimate for your shipping cost. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.

An estimated delivery charge will be quoted at the time of order placement. This charge may be amended at a later date based on the weight and the geographic shipping location of the order. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

More than anything, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or credit your purchase when it is presented in saleable condition. Merchandise will not be accepted after 30 days from the original purchase date.

Should you wish to return merchandise, please do so following the below instructions. For mail returns, retain the top portion of the Shipping Summary packing list. Enclose the completed Return Form with your shipment. Attach the pre-paid USPS Return Label to the outside of the package and send via U.S. Mail; a $9.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.


SALES TAX

An 8.75% sales tax will be charged if your billing address is in the state of New York.
